LONDON BASED YOGA TEACHER –
Justine Sullivan
I’m a fully qualified RYT Yoga teacher, with over 800 training hours and over 4000 teaching hours. I have over 25 years of Yoga experience under my belt.
I teach regular Rocket Yoga classes at one of London’s leading Yoga Studios, Triyoga. I also cover Rocket, Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Yin in their other centres (Camden, Chelsea and Shoreditch) as well as at Indaba Yoga Marylebone, More Yoga London and Eden Fitness Ealing. I teach group classes, private 1-2-1 classes and at my sell out London Retreat Yoga Days.
I started my yoga journey in 1998 and tried as many different styles of yoga as I could, before settling on a regular Ashtanga practice, (which was my first love) and a weekly Iyengar and Hatha practice.
My own practice is very important to me and I usually practice 6 times a week, Ashtanga, Rocket, Yin and Vinyasa Yoga. I also attend weekly Iyengar classes. All of these styles support my style of teaching.
I completed my 200hrs in Ashtanga Vinyasa with advanced Ashtanga Yoga practitioner, Ryan Spielman.
I have studied over 100hrs classic Rocket Yoga 1& 2 (&3) training under the guidance of Amber Jean (Yoga ah & Rocket Yoga Academy USA) and Amme Poulton at Triyoga London, and again with Amme Poulton and Jamie Clarke from The Yoga People – three of Rocket Yoga founder Larry Shultz’s most experienced students and teacher training facilitators. Their teaching continually enhances and influences my practice and teaching, on and off the mat.
I have completed upper level courses with The Yoga People: 40hrs in Rocket and Yin Pattern work & Philosophy, lifestyle and ethics, 35hrs Yin Yoga Foundations, 70hrs Yin & Elements – harmonising and activating and 50 hours with Yin and Chakras.
I have completed Within Yoga School’s 40 hour Breathwork Training which includes the science, applied practice and facilitation of functional breathing, pranayama techniques and Conscious Connected Breathwork.
I have just completed 500hrs of continuing training in advanced Rocket yoga, methodology and philosophy, Ashtanga yoga practice and energy studies with Amme Poulton /Raja Rocket and I continue to be mentored along the thousand petal path.
My love of music led me to a 4 Beat x Ableton Live: Music and Yoga with Marcus Veda and Hannah Whittingham at the Good Life Yoga School.

“Justine is the teacher who turned Triyoga into my second home, the people in her class into my second family – her class is the place I always want to come back to, where I feel my strongest. She’s the best teacher, concrete but super warm-hearted, funny and the biggest motivator. She uses the BEST music, it’s mind-blowing… the biggest hype probably for everyone in the class. Please keep and reward her because she truly deserves the world for how well she does it. It has had the biggest impact on my life <3 Thanks! (Pauline K)

Yin Yoga: “Great teacher. Insightful and intuitive. Haven’t felt that relaxed in years.” 5/5
“I’ve been thoroughly enjoying Justine’s Yin Yoga classes.
She brings the whole experience to her classes which makes practice being like dynamic movement meditation. She really creates and holds an atmosphere and space for everyone to experience their practice. This is all in addition to gentle guidance and helpful instructions.” (Tatyana Ealing Triyoga).
Ashtanga Yoga: “Amazing class and tutor. Please add more ashtanga weekly with Justine. There is demand!” 5/5

Feedback from previous beginners’ course
“Justine has a wonderful and realistic approach to practicing yoga. I’ve been practicing various Yoga styles for over 10 years now and I enjoy the variety of positions that Justine brings to the class that will suit everyone. There is a good rhythm of pace for beginners as well as those that have been practicing for a while.
I love Justine’s ability to blend various yoga practices to tailor to her students various needs. Her approach is to improve form and ensure that postures are correct, sometimes challenging but not overwhelming for students. It creates a class that is innovative and relaxing. Her classes are scheduled around the school run (which a definite winner for me!) and weekday evenings.” (Emily, Ealing)
